All goods are despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order (depending on stock availability).

If an order is very urgent, or you have a special request, please let us know in the comments box with your order and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Within Australia

Purchases over $75 are despatched free of charge within Australia. You can choose to despatch your goods by Express Post (delivery next business day); shipping charges for Express Post will be indicated at check out and before you complete your payment. 

Rest of the world

Shipping charges outside of Australia are charged at a flat rate of AU$15. Orders will be sent by international economy mail (delivery 6 - 13 business days).

We can also send by express or by courier. Please contact us so we can calculate the charges and let you know the charge before we despatch.

Returns

It is very important to us that you are happy with all your purchases from Hamish and Buster. If for any reason you are unhappy with your H&B product please return it in its original state within seven days and we will refund the purchase price and the original postage.
